Ingredients

  • Tomato puree – 2 can
  • Oil – 3 tbsp
  • Chopped onion – 2
  • Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1 ½ tbsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder – 1 tbsp
  • Oregano – 1 tbsp
  • Fresh tomato – 6 chopped

Homemade Pizza Sauce English Recipe:

Take a pan, put oil and saute onion, then add tomato pure and fry for 1 minute. Then add garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, black pepper, oregano, and fry for 2 minutes. Then add chopped tomato and let it cook on low heat until its done well. Let it cool down and blend in blender to make smooth sauce. Refrigerate and use on pizza base.
